Privacy notice

Safenest Technologies Private Limited collects student data to run the campus internship. This notice is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Identity: name, email, mobile, college, course, roll number, photo and ID card.
• Programme work: attendance, reports, leads, task proof, quiz answers, sales events.
• Payout details you choose to give: UPI or bank account.
• Technical: login IP, session, and the IP recorded when you accept an offer.

Why

To assess applications, run the batch, issue and verify certificates, credit referrals from partner apps, pay incentives, and keep an audit trail. We do not sell student lists.

Who else sees it

Safenest staff on the internship desk. A college coordinator sees only students from their own college. Partner product apps send referral events; they do not receive your documents. Email goes through our SMTP provider.

How long

Application files stay for the batch plus two years, or longer if a certificate is still being verified by an employer. Payout details can be deleted after the last payout of a batch on request.

Your rights

Write to support@safenesttechnologies.in to see, correct or request deletion of your data. Raise a ticket in the portal if you are signed in. Grievance officer contact is the same desk until a separate officer is named.
